In 1989, Ken-ton was contracted to re-design the electronics in the Super Chexx Hockey game. We reduced the components by 127 components and reduced the weight of the electronics package by 67lbs.

The new manufacturable design was a single board processor with integral power supply. After delivering 2000 sets of electronics ICE took over complete assembly and manufacturing of the electronics as a turnkey system designed by Ken-ton.

We recorded only one failure in the 2 years that we were involved; as of last year they reported sales of 20,000 units per year.
